Genocide City

Sonic walked into the zone, a sad and hurt look was on his face. All he heard were haunting voices say things like:

"You couldn't save him.."

"You failed to save Tails.."

"It's all your fault he's dead..."

"You can't run from what you did.."

Sonic tried his best to block out the haunting voices that seemed to follow him no matter what Zone he went to. He wanted it to stop. He wanted things back to the why it was. He wanted Tails to be beside him again.

But he knew that wouldn't happen. No matter how much he hoped. He felt horrible for letting Tails die. If only he had gotten the Chaos Emeralds then maybe he could have saved the little two-tailed fox..

The 10 year old hedgehog fell on his knees and cried his heart out. He didn't care if enemies heard him or not. Maybe he could be with Tails then in the after life.

"I'm sorry Tails.. I'm so sorry I couldn't save you in time... Please if you can hear me, forgive me.."

A little outline of a two-tailed fox appeared. His black eyes on the hedgehog before him. He sighed and shook his head.

"Sonic."

The hedgehog looked up startled at the sudden voice that wasn't one of the voices that had been haunting him. His eyes widen at who he saw.

"T-Tails?"

"Yes," was the reply he got from his dead friend. "Why Sonic? Why the hell did you leave Robotnik kill me?"

"I tried to save you Tails, I really did! But I just.."

"If you would have gotten all 7 of the Emeralds you could have!" the kit snapped back at him, his black eyes turning to a glowing blood red. "But you didn't! It's your fault that I'm dead!"

"I'm sorry Tails I really am... I didn't mean for you to die."

"Oh sure you didn't.. That's why you didn't get the Chaos Emeralds ever after Robotnik told you what was going to happen to me if you didn't! You WANTED me to did, didn't you Sonic?!"

Sonic stared at the young fox in shock. "No, Tails... I never wanted you to die. I--"

"Save it," Tails growled at him, walking forward. "I've heard enough of your lies. You need to be punished.. ...Seeing me die as left you a mess.. You don't fight or anything anymore knowing that you can never bring me back... You're punishment will be spending the rest of you life in the firey pites of hell!"

The little fox grabbed Sonic and dragged him down to hell where he was burned, clawed, bite, for the rest of his life by Tails.
